• Head Coach Leadership – served as Head Coach during the 2020 and 2021 seasons, overseeing tactical game model implementation, player recruitment, training design, match preparation, team selection, and overall administration.
• Team Performance – achieved an 85% win ratio across 27 matches (2020–2021), averaging 2.68 points per game, establishing the club as one of the most dominant sides in the league.
• Offensive Excellence – led the UPSL nationwide in scoring, netting 81 goals in 2020 and 72 goals in 2021, showcasing attacking style and player development.

PASSION PROJECTS | VOLUNTEER WORK

For me, football has always been a universal game that unites individuals from diverse backgrounds and cultures. It’s a sport of the people, adaptable to be played anywhere and in countless ways. Personally, it has always been crucial to me to give back, whether through my time or financial support. The joy that a simple interaction can bring to people is truly invaluable. 

The image to the left captures one of those special moments when we chose to open our facilities to welcome Afghan refugee families for a day filled with fun, family, food, and football. I will forever cherish the smiles and laughter that illuminated the faces of everyone as, for two hours, they focused solely on being with their loved ones in a safe and joyful space. 

Leveraging the resources available through my academy—be it the people or the manpower—I consistently strive to engage myself and the academy players in volunteer initiatives, such as working at food banks, offering free soccer clinics for kids and families in collaboration with organizations like the Common Good, or participating with groups like Top Soccer that conduct training programs for individuals with disabilities.

This is a principle I have always endeavored to uphold. Each day, I strive to present the best version of myself in every situation, even on the toughest days. My values hold significant importance in my life, and I consistently aim to embody them in any organization I am part of. Those I interact with can rely on me to maintain the highest level of professionalism, take responsibility for my actions, and be accountable for my roles and responsibilities. Discipline plays a crucial role in my life, as I firmly believe it propels one forward toward becoming the best version of oneself, even on days when motivation is lacking.
