What does the COE Program include?
- Comprehensive Training Curriculum: Carefully designed training curriculum focused on technical development and tactical application.
- Professional Environment: Experienced and passionate coaches committed to helping and supporting each player with their development within a competitive environment
- Player Development: Personalized Individual Development Plans to help each player in the pursuit of their goals. Along with At-Home Training Videos for players to use between training sessions.
- Competition: Team challenges and open play scrimmage to foster a healthy competitve environment
- Showcase Opportunities: Stand out and gain opportunities for select showcase and ID Events
What is the 360Player APP and do I need it?
YES.
The 360Player APP is what we use for our main point of communication, player development, schedule, etc. It is important that each player sets up their player account.
- Additionally, unless you are a player who drives themselves to training, it is important that a parent/guardian add their account and attach themselves to a player account.
- When you register for the plans you will receive an email that will provide all the necessary information for joining the 360Player APP.

Who is the COE Program for?
The COE Program is for advanced Soccer Players ages 10+. The program is a selective program for driven, motivated, and focused players.
- While every player has the chance to try out for the program, the staff will work together to determine if it aligns well with the player's abilities. If deemed unsuitable, the player will be advised to develop their skills in one of our other programs until they are ready to enter the COE Program.
- If you are new to the program you can reach out to Us directly to inquire about joining the program or coming for a trial session.
Additionally:
- Players ages 9 who are turning 10 within the calendar year can reach out vial email and inquire if they can do a trial session to see if the COE Program would be a good fit.
- Within the training sessions players will be placed into groups that best serve their development according to factors such as age, skill, game understanding, etc.
What is included in the Cost?
All program registration include
- Access to the selected plans training sessions as well as a training top, personalized IDP's, and access to the 360Player APP.

When are the training sessions?
The Fall Program starts Wednesday September 25th and runs 12-weeks until Friday December 20th. The session location and times and are detailed in the description and will also be listed in the Player360 APP. Players have access to the sessions based on the COE Plan they registered for.
- There is no Training Thanksgiving Week November 25th - 29th

Please be sure to always check the 360Player APP to:
- Mark your training attendace
- To see if there are any changes to training due to inclement weather.
Can I join partway through the program or add-on sessions?
YES!
Players who want to register for the program after it was started can do so by reaching out to Us via email.
Please indicate which program plan you are wanting to register for so that we can prorate the total cost for missing part of the program.
Additionally, if you have registered for a program and partway want to have access to more sessions or drop-in to a morning session for example, you can purchase a drop-in session or notify Us via email if you believe you will are looking to add a certain plan to your registeration for the remainder of the program duration.
What do Players need to bring to the sessions?
Players should come to training with the following.
- Proper footwear
- Hydration drink or water bottle to fill up
- All proper training gear, athletic clothing, shin guards, etc
- Wearing T90 Training Top (preferred) with black shorts (preferred)
- A good attitude and willingness to learn and support others
- No other equipment is needed as we will always have everything the players need for the session
