Subscription Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase ("purchase") to [Center of Excellence Program] ("Service") provided by [TOTAL90 FUTBOL ACADEMY] ("Company"). By purchasing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purchase

1.1. By purchasing our Center of Excellence Program, you agree to pay the service fee ("Plan Fee") as set forth on our website or other platform where the Service is offered.

1.2. We reserve the right to change the Center of Excellence Fee at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for the Center of Excellence Fee will be processed using the payment method you provided at the time of purchase.

2.2. If you opt for a payment plan, the total amount will be divided into 3 equal installments. The first payment is due at the time of registration, while the subsequent 2 payments will be automatically deducted every 3 weeks (specifically, the second payment will be deducted 3 weeks later, and the third payment will follow 6 weeks after the initial payment).

2.3. If you opted for a payment plan you authorize us to automatically charge the remaining service Fee to your chosen payment method unless remaining fee was mutually cancelled.

2.4. If payment cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. You may cancel your remaining sessions in your plan, but you need to supply a valid reason (i.e. moving, serious injury, etc.) and the reason needs to signed off by a Total90 Futbol Academy Director

3.2. Cancellations will be effective immediately. No refunds will be provided for services provided.

3.3. There is a possibility of needing to pay a cancellation fee if a valid reason was not given, or not provided 7 days prior to your next scheduled session.

4. Service

4.1. Service of training will take place at the facility on the schedule times and days as set out by the schedule.

4.2. The training sessions purchased must be completed in the time (days) listed under the program plan. There is no carryover from any plans into a new COE Season Program. Exceptions made under certain circumstances or if agreed on by both parties.

4.3. Changes to training session time, day, location will be sent out 24 hr in advance unless they are last minute weather changes at which point a decision will be made no later than 3 hrs prior to training

4.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with prior notice.

4.5. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, or performance of the Service.

5. Privacy

5.1. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content provided as part of the Service, including but not limited to text, images, and software, is the property of Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages/injuries arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law

8.1. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [The United States of America].

9. Changes to Terms

9.1. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website or other platform where the Service is offered.
