PROGRAM OVERVIEW

​The Fall Academy Training Program will a have structured curriculum with sessions topics for each training outlined and available on our app calendar. The program is based on our 360° Player Development Methodology, aiming to improve Technical Proficiency, Tactical Application, Physical Capability, and Mental Fortitude. 

Sessions will include:

• Exercises focused on improving players all around Technical Ability & Execution
• Small sided games to improve application of skills in game-like situations
• Physical exercises with the ball to improve Speed, Agility, Quickness & overall conditioning
• Cognitive and challenging exercises to develop perception and build a strong mentality
• Open Play to compete, showcase your skills, and express yourself and your enjoyment for the game
• Structured Curriculum with specific topics
• Independent Development Plans, Weekly Challenges, Giveaways and more

Soccer Players Ages 6 - 18

***Players turning 6 within the calendar year can join a session to see if its a good fit***

In the sessions players will be placed into groups that best serve their development according to age, skill, game understanding, etc.
