While soccer is a team sports, each individuals technical ability, tactical understanding, physical capability, and mental fortitude, is vital to the teams' success. 

FC Tulsa Training Academy was founded on the idea that we believe that all players who are passionate about playing the game, as well as dedicated to putting in the effort and time into their development, should have the opportunity to do so in an environment that is professional, safe, fun, encouraging, and provides the right amount of challenge for each player to reach their potential. 

At FC Tulsa Training Academy, we believe that the process of creating a holistic Player Development environment can best be done through the cooperative interaction between professionals, coaches, athletes, and families. The implementation of that process is applied by everyone involved committing and holding each other accountable to maintaining high standards on and off the field. Our training programs are design around a player-centric methodology, focusing on individual development within a team environment. We place a high importance on designing programs age and skill specific, as well as researching and implementing the most current best development methods from around the world.
