    • Appropriate footwear and training attire
    • Any Total90 Training Top. If you do not have a training top from previous programs would can purchase one for $10-$15

  • What will players gain from the Clinic?

Players will have the chance to train in a professional setting, engaging in comprehensive training sessions that strike a balance between structured exercises aimed at development and open small-sided games that allow them to showcase their skills and passion for the sport.

TECHNICAL TRAINING PROGRAM SESSION STRUCTURE

The 90 minute training sessions are designed to improve the technical abilities of each player. The sessions are divided into three phases to ensure a comprehensive and effective learning experience.

PLAYER AND BALL ACTIVATION

During the session's Activation Phase, each player will engage in individual ball work, focusing on mastering and manipulating the ball. The objective in this phase is to ready the players for the session, fostering an enjoyment and confidence with the ball at their feet, and enhancing their capacity to navigate tight spaces while retaining possession.

TECHNICAL PROFICIENCY

During the Technical Phase, players will focus on performing skills with the proper technique to execute them effectively under pressure. The training will specifically target core technical skills, including dribbling in confined areas, ball control while running, accurate passing, receiving the ball effectively, shooting and finishing techniques, as well as improving both attacking and defending abilities in one-on-one situations. The ultimate goal is to achieve comprehensive technical mastery in these key areas of the game.

TACTICAL APPLICATION

During the Tactical Phase, players engage in structured small-sided games to apply their learned technical skills under time and opposition pressure. This give players a platform to demonstrate their creativity and technical ability, showcasing their understanding of key fundamental principles through applying the correct techniques at the right moments.
