Subscription Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase ("purchase") to [Private Training Package] ("Service") provided by [TOTAL90 FUTBOL ACADEMY] ("Company"). By purchasing our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1. Purchase

1.1. By purchasing our Private Training Service, you agree to pay the service fee ("Purchase Fee") as set forth on our website or other platform where the Service is offered.

1.2. We reserve the right to change the Private Training Fee at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you in advance.

2. Payment

2.1. Payment for the Private Training Fee will be processed using the payment method you provided at the time of purchase.

2.2. If you opted for a payment plan you authorize us to automatically charge the remaining service Fee to your chosen payment method unless the remaining sessions of the training service was mutually cancelled.

2.3. If payment cannot be processed for any reason, we reserve the right to suspend or terminate your service.

3. Cancellation and Refunds

3.1. You may cancel your remaining sessions in your package if needed, but you need to supply a valid reason (i.e. moving, serious injury, etc.)

3.2. Cancellations will be effective immediately. No refunds will be provided for services provided.

3.3. There is a possibility of needing to pay a cancellation fee if a valid reason was not given, or not provided 7 days prior to your next scheduled session.

4. Service

4.1. Service of training will take place at the facility on the schedule times and days agreed upon.

4.2. The training sessions purchased must be completed in the time (days) listed under the training package. Exceptions made under certain circumstances or if agreed on by both parties.

4.3. Changes to training session time, day, location must agreed on by both parties and made 48 hrs prior to scheduled sessions. Any changes/cancellation made are subject to be charged as a session.

4.4. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time prior notice.

4.5. We make no guarantees regarding the availability, quality, or performance of the Service.

5. Privacy

5.1. By subscribing to our Service, you agree to our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

6. Intellectual Property

6.1. All content provided as part of the Service, including but not limited to text, images, and software, is the property of Company or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

7.1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages/injuries arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law
