My name is Anne Fernandes, and I from from Brazil. I recently graduated from Cowley College and am currently playing for Total90 Futbol Academy this summer. Since childhood, I've aspired to play soccer and pursue my education in the United States. Being here today is the a combination of years of dedication and sacrifice—not just from me, but from my family as well.

This dream has always been larger than myself. My father has always envisioned my success in soccer, while my mother has longed for me to study abroad. Today, I am proud to say that I have fulfilled both their aspirations, bringing pride to my entire family.

I arrived in the U.S. through an exchange program, and I continue to engage with my community to inspire and empower other young girls to pursue similar paths. I want to demonstrate that it is indeed possible to balance academics and athletics, and to encourage them to never abandon their dreams.

As an international player, one of my greatest challenges is financial support. I am actively seeking assistance to help cover essential expenses such as housing, travel, training, trials, transportation, food, and equipment. I plan to work alongside my training schedule to help manage some of these costs, but any sponsorship or donation would significantly alleviate financial burdens, allowing me to focus more on my growth as both a player and an individual.
