A year-round training pathway for players ages 7+ to grow into well-rounded, high-performance athletes through our 360° Development Methodology.
- Ages 7+; open to both field players and goalkeepers
- Built on the 5 Pillars: Technical, Tactical, Physical, Mental, and Social development
- 90-minute sessions offered 2–3 evenings per week (seasonal schedule)
- Sessions include Activation Phase → Technical/Tactical Application → Small Sided Play to express learning outcomes
- Morning sessions available for homeschool, virtual students, and college players
- Focused on long-term player growth in a structured, competitive training environment

Player Development Program
A structured training program for players ages 7+, designed to provide a professional-style environment for growth. Each 90-minute session follows a clear flow—starting with an activation phase, moving into technical and tactical application, and finishing with small-sided play. Every session has a main training topic and integrates technical work, tactical understanding, physical development, and mental focus. Players are grouped by age, skill, and developmental level to ensure the right challenge and progression.

Morning Sessions

- Time: 9:15 AM - 10:45 AM
- Location: West Bank Soccer Complex - T90 Field
Evening Sessions
- Days: Wednesday & Friday
- Time: 5:45 PM - 7:30 PM
- Location: West Bank Soccer Complex - T90 Field
