FC TULSA TRAINING ACADEMY SESSIONS

Seasonal Inclusive & Exclusive Training Programs offered during the Fall, Winter, Spring and Summer, designed for players focused on their continued Individual Player Development throughout the year. All session are designed based on our 360° Player Development Model, aiming to improve Technical Proficiency, Tactical Application, Physical Capability, Mental Fortitude, and Social Skills.

  • Who is the FC Tulsa Academy Training Program for?

    The FC Tulsa A.T.P.'s are for players as young as 3 years old and all the way up to adults. There are different programs offered throughout the year for the various age groups. 

    Below is a general strucure of our Academy

    ACADEMY STRUCTURE

    • Littles Development Academy (LDA) Ages 3 - 5
    • Juniors Development Academy (JDA) Ages 6 - 7
    • Youth Development Academy (YDA) Ages 8 - 14
    • PRO-AM Development Academy (PADA) Ages 15+

  • What does the Academy Training Program include?

    The various programs are all created with structured curriculums that are based on approapiate age, skill, and learning abilties. Training sessions will include:

    • Exercsises focused on improving technical ability & execution
    • Small sided games to improve application of skills in game-like situations
    • Physical exercises with and without the ball to improve speed, agility, quickness and overall conditioning
    • Cognitive and challenging exercises to develop perception and build strong mentality
    • Open scrimmage to showcase your skills, express yourself and enjoyment of the game
    • Structured curriculum with specific topics
    • Independent Development Plans, weekly challenges, giveaways and events

  • When are the Academy Training Programs are offered, when are they and how much do they cost?

    Programs are offered throughout the entire year, including training sessions, open scrimmage sessions, events and more. The specific times, dates and cost can be found on each programs page.

  • Where does the Academy Training take place?

    Generally all training programs will take place at Titan Performance Center
